All Saints Parish is seeking an Accountant/ Bookkeeper.
This is a full time salaried position with benefits.
This person is responsible for executing day-to-day fiscal operational services for the parish and school.
Requires thorough knowledge of basic accounting principles in a non-profit environment.
Prepares monthly and annual financial statements and handles all bookkeeping in QuickBooks. Coordinates with leaders of the parish organizations and other staff in preparing and monitoring the budget. The Accountant/Bookkeeper is staff and support of the parish Finance Council.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field. Two to five years experience in a non-profit environment. Experience in general ledger, payroll processing, benefits administrational accounts payable and receivable, cash receipts and preparing financial reports and supporting ledgers and worksheets. Proficient with Excel. Knowledge of internal control procedures.
