Baptismal Banners

Mission Statement: To provide a banner for each baby/child being baptized and welcome them as a new member of the Christian family.

Duties: Cut material for banners. Hem the edges. Adhere symbols of baptism onto the banner. Digitize names and prepare banners for sewing embroidered names.

Time Commitment: 1½ hours per banner, 25 minutes to prepare and embroider names.

Special Skills: Basic sewing skills of cutting and sewing fabric. Digitizing the name is required only for the person who does the embroidered names.
