What is Shalom Club?
Shalom Club is a community which focuses on peace and harmony in our world. It is a Charter Member of the Shalom Club International Network and is founded by the School Sisters of Notre Dame. In all different countries, in all different languages, in all different cultures Shalom Club is woven. We work to promote local and international peace, justice and the integrity of creation as we work to spread Jesus’ Gospel message.
Who are we?
Students of Grades 5-8 atAll SaintsSchool who meet on the first and third Wednesdays of the month
Students who think about issues of peace and justice in our world and choose actions we can take to make peace and justice more visible in our world
Students who work and connect with many other Shalom Clubs organized by School Sisters of Notre Dame around the world to unite in the mission of peace and justice
What do we do?
We set example of peace-making in our school and community.
We do actions which bring about peace through working for justice and taking care of creation.
We pray and base our actions on the Gospels and the mission of Jesus.
As people of hope we emulate peace through the activities that we host.
