Lay Advisory Councils are required or recommended by the Church for all parishes of the Archdiocese of St. Louis. Pastors are strongly encouraged to use such Councils as effective means of consultation with the laity and of participation of God's people in decision making that affects their well-being.
The laity have the right and the responsibility to participate in the governance of the Church by means of Lay Advisory Councils.
All Saints Parish has three advisory councils including a Pastoral Council, Finance Council, and Board of Education. We are committed to the development and continuing formation of these councils for the sake of the mission of our parish as well as the life and welfare of our parish members.
