Basketball 2016 Sign-Ups 3rd-8th Grade
ASAA Basketball sign-ups will be September 26, 2016 - October 10, 2016. Registration is for 3rd-8th Grade Boys & Girls. Registration will close Monday, October, 10th 2016. Registrations not received in time may result in a “late fee” and we cannot guarantee a roster spot. Late registrants will be placed on a waiting list. You do not need to be a Parish member to play ASAA sports. We welcome all interested youths to join the ASAA so pass the word!
Basketball Registration 2016
REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE OCTOBER 10, 2016. SO DO NOT DELAY IN SIGNING UP AS A LATE FEE WILL APPLY. IF YOU SIGN UP AFTER OCTOBER 10, 2016, YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED A ROSTER SPOT AND YOU WILL BE PUT ON A WAITING LIST
All players are required to purchase a uniform (jersey and shorts). The 3rd Grade is required to purchase NEW UNIFORMS. The cost of the uniforms are @ $55.00 for Youth and $56.00 for Adult Sizes. The uniforms will be reversible jersey & shorts.
We will have a couple of uniform sizing/order days in late October. These dates will be communicated via email and the Parish Bulletin. The basketball uniform coordinator is John Mckinzie, email@example.com
Player & Coaches CYC ID Cards are Required
NEW 2016!!! ALL PLAYERS and All Coaches must obtain a CYC ID Card (if you do not have a valid CYC card). This can be done at http://www.cycstl.net/. There is a $5.00 fee for the card. You will need a photo and a legal document to apply on-line. Information about applying in person can be found at http://www.cycstl.net/id-card-dates
Working Concession Shifts
All parents must work 1 concession shift per each child playing. A $100 check given to the head coach is required of all parents. The checks will not be cashed and returned after each parent works their concession shift. If you are unable to work your scheduled shift it is your responsibility to find a replacement. FAILURE TO WORK YOUR SHIFT DURING THE BASKETBALL SEASON WILL RESULT IN THE $100 CHECK BEING CASHED The concession coordinator is Nicole Gillenardo, firstname.lastname@example.org

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Registration is $85. The cost of a uniform(jersey and shorts) is $55.
WHEN DOES THE SEASON START?
League games will start January 6. Teams may play in some tournaments in December.
WHEN WILL I HEAR FROM MY COACH?
You should hear from your coach by early November.
WHEN WILL I GET MY CONCESSION SCHEDULE?
Each parent will be able to sign up for concession shifts once the schedule comes out in late December. You will receive more information about this.
WILL MY CHILD PLAY IN ANY TOURNAMENTS?
All Saints hosts tournaments for 5th grade boys and girls, 6th grade boys and girls, and 4th grade boys and girls. Dates TBA. Coaches may elect to put your team in other CYC tournaments in the area.
